I've seen my fair share of music videos in '09, but one that clearly sticks out in my mind is the video for Cinnamon Chasers - Luv Deluxe. It's easily my favourite video of the year. The cinematography and storytelling are great, and what makes it more impressive is that it was all done with a camera that anyone can pick up at their local electronics store.
I guess the moral of the story is that no matter what you do in life, a girl will wind up screwing you over in the end :P

M83 - We Own The Sky
Earlier in the year, M83 had a contest asking fans to create the official music video for We Own The Sky. This vid did not win but I still think it was a fantastic entry (the winner was pretty good too and you can watch it HERE)
Duck Sauce - Anyway
I posted this vid before and I still love the retro dance theme.
There's no way I can list all my faves but I think you'll agree that those three videos are better than your average video.
